Three movements,
one long breath.
Working with Colibrí is not a single night or a hurried weekend. It is a season of your life—preparation, ceremony, and integration—held with the same reverence and care from beginning to end.
Reach out
A quiet conversation. You share what is calling you, we listen honestly, and together we decide if this is the right fit.
Prepare & journey
We prepare your body, mind, and heart in the weeks before, then hold the ceremony one-on-one with Kat or Tal, or in an intimate group guided by both of us.
Integrate & continue
We walk with you through early integration, and, for those who want it, into longer-term coaching well beyond.

Preparation
We meet to listen to what your life is asking for. Together, we prepare your mind, body, and heart. Nothing is rushed because the journey begins long before the actual session.
- Intention-setting conversations
- Somatic and lifestyle preparation
- Building a foundation of trust and safety

Ceremony
Individual sessions are held one-on-one with Kat or Tal, while group ceremonies are guided by both of us together. The space is quiet, sacred, and protected. We hold the room, the music, and the presence so you can surrender to what arises.
- One-on-one with Kat or Tal, or in a group guided by both
- An intimate setting
- Music, prayer, and unwavering presence

Integration
The insights from your experience continue to speak for weeks. We walk with you through the tender days, the dreams, the slow rearranging of your inner life, helping you translate profound inner experiences into practical, meaningful ways of living. Integration is where ceremony becomes embodied; where insight becomes a way of living. For those who want it, we also offer longer-term coaching well beyond the initial integration period, whether you began in a private or group setting.
- Personal integration sessions
- Practices to embody what arose
- Support for the long unfolding
- Longer-term coaching available
A somatic approach
Many people have profound experiences in ceremony: moments of deep clarity, emotional opening, or connection to something larger. Without grounded preparation and integration, those experiences can feel fleeting, confusing, or even destabilizing.
Our approach is rooted in the body. Rather than only analyzing or narrating the experience, we work with what's alive in the nervous system, using breath, sensation, and somatic awareness to help you process and integrate at your own pace. The work is the whole journey, not just what happens in the middle.
Medicine work is one part of an ongoing practice, not a single experience that resolves everything. You can return to this work with us over time, when it feels appropriate for your needs and readiness, with space between journeys to integrate what unfolds. There is no set number of sessions or expectation to keep returning.
How we practice
Consent-based
Trauma-aware and paced by your nervous system, with safety, grounding, and your agency throughout.
Regulation before intensity
We build steadiness first, so whatever opens has somewhere safe to land.
Integration over catharsis
What matters most is what you carry into your everyday life afterward.
Ways to journey with us

Intimate groups
A carefully held circle guided by Kat and Tal together, moving through preparation, ceremony, and integration alongside one another.

This work may support
- People preparing for, or returning from, a medicine experience
- Those making sense of a transformative or challenging journey
- Anyone wanting deeper self-connection through body-led practice
What it isn't
- A replacement for therapy or psychiatric care
- A guaranteed pathway to specific outcomes
What you may be wondering.
Do I need experience with medicine work?
No. Many of the people we work with are coming to this for the first time. Preparation exists exactly for this, so that by the time ceremony arrives, nothing feels unfamiliar about the space, the rhythm, or us.
Is this safe for me?
Safety is our first pillar. Every journey begins with an honest conversation about your health, history, and readiness, and we will tell you plainly if we believe this work is not the right fit or not the right time.
What does working together actually look like?
A season of several weeks, not a single night. Preparation sessions before, a full ceremony day held one-on-one with Kat or Tal, or in an intimate group guided by both of us — with personal integration sessions in the weeks after. For those who want it, we also offer longer-term coaching well beyond the initial integration period.
How do I begin?
With a quiet conversation. Write to us, share what is calling you, and we will respond personally. There is no commitment in reaching out, only listening on both sides.
"We don't deliver a ceremony. We walk alongside a season of your life."
